Abby is a Manos Unidas student, a smart little 6 year old gal who is in her second year at Manos Unidas. She has limited mobility and has been trasferred around in a stroller for the last several years. When at MU she sits in a stationary wood chair at her desk .

But now, thanks to special US donors, Mike Simpson and Sayeh Taghavi, parents of special needs twins, this chair has now given Abbey the gift of independent mobility. Thank you both for your generosity and gift of independence. Kantu (MUI director’s daughter) enjoyed the ride from Seattle to Cusco and now happy to see Abby using her chair.

Please contact us if you have access to equipment that can be donated.
